About
Clic par clic is a website run by ODERSA (Organization for the Development of Education, Resources, and Accessible Knowledge), a nonprofit association under French law (association loi 1901). Its purpose, written into its bylaws, is to promote and make accessible to everyone, for free and without any commercial return, education, training, and the sharing of knowledge.

Why this site exists
Everyday digital life is explained a lot and practiced very little. There are tutorials, leaflets, drop-in help desks, videos. What's missing is a place to DO the skill with no consequences: no risk of paying, deleting, sending to the wrong person, or getting scammed.
That's the role of this site. The screens are designed by us, mistakes cost nothing, and you can start over as many times as you want. Once a skill sticks, the person does it for real, on their own device, with the sheet close by.
How a skill is built
Every skill starts from a real situation, one that truly happens: an urgent message, proof of something to send, an appointment to book. The real-world process is checked online before writing begins, then translated into a generic interface.
Generic matters: we never reproduce any real brand, any real service, any logo. The screen says “your email,” “your bank's website,” “the app store.” The person learns the skill, not the scenery, and the skill still holds when the app changes its look.
The content is reviewed by someone other than its author, and checked again every six months: real-world processes change, and a wrong sheet is worse than no sheet at all.
What this site does not do
- No account, no cookies, no audience tracking, no data collected.
- No advertising, no subscription, no paid version.
- No individual, financial, or legal advice: we teach skills, we don't replace a bank, a public service, or a professional.
- No live support: we answer by email, without keeping any address on file.
